Pomegranate Smoothie
Four ingredients and five minutes is all it takes to make this perfectly blended breakfast. Pomegranate juice is full of heart-healthy nutrients — just be sure to choose a no-sugar-added variety.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 6 ounce carton vanilla fat-free yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions
In a blender, combine juice, yogurt, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice; cover and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
