Collections

Collections can add a personal touch to your home. It doesn’t have to appear as clutter. Displaying it creatively can make it look like a piece of art. Small items such as coins, corks, shells, buttons, etc., can be placed in glass jars or shadow frame boxes. Larger items, grouped together,  create one large picture.

Here is an example of a sand collection. The sand is displayed in the same glass bottles and labeled with place and date. The streamlined look gives it sophistication.

Whatever it is that you collect, if you love it and it makes you feel good,then display it where you can see it and enjoy it.
